About the Role
The purpose of the Client Success Generalist is to enable the executive team to make better decisions faster.
The Client Success Generalist will be responsible for managing initiatives that are of high priority to the Leadership Team and clients. This shall include leading strategic assessments, seeing company-wide projects to completion, and assisting the General Manager with the day-to-day activities associated with running a growing business. The main objective for this position is to be an extension of the Client Success leadership team ensuring that strategic and value creation initiatives and projects get executed effectively and efficiently.
The individual will be able to make impactful contributions to the client experience.
What you'll Do:

Evaluate company priorities, markets, and trends to develop and oversee initiatives that proactively address opportunities and threats.

Create strategic plans and then drive results

Track goals and ensure processes are abided by

Uphold company values and operating principles

Anticipate and proactively identify opportunities and challenges requiring executive attention

Prepare for day-to-day meetings with leadership or clients, including agenda setting and follow-ups

Prepare presentations, reports, and communications on behalf of the leadership team

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, economics, marketing or a related field.

3+ years in a strategic execution role

Self-motivated with a strong work ethic. Proven strategic, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.

Detail-oriented and results-driven with excellent business judgment.

Exceptional emotional intelligence, collaboration, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to perform while adapting and managing competing priorities in a fast-paced tech environment.
